Inspire_SY Padlet to support the unemployed in Sheffield

When Endorphins was asked to get involved with the Inspire_SY project we jumped at the chance to support them with reducing the number of 16-24 year old’s facing unemployment and in this current climate we feel it’s an even more daunting task as a lot of employers are wanting to employ staff with ‘Experience’ or ‘Life Skills’.

They told us that they had created a website, a padlet to those in the know, where 16-24’s can access all aspects of finding their way into work or education to help them on their way.

We was asked to share this fantastic resource with our clients who fall into the 16-24 category but when we saw that this contained information including Transferable skills, Well-being support, Interview skills and CV writing guidance we shared it with everyone we worked with.

The CV guidance earned our customers some very positive feedback from a potential employer which helped to gain paid employement.

It’s great being part of something so vital and we’re grateful for Jade for including us in the Inspire_SY family.
