Sheffield Keyworker programme – Nadya’s feedback

When Paul from the Endorphins group started working with Nadya, she said she was frustrated with not being able to find full time work, agencies were not supplying enough work and she was unsure what to do next.

From the support from Endorphins Group Nadya now has a professional CV that is attracting her interviews, she is receiving support from our lead keyworker with mock interview sessions, attending online group sessions about support worker roles and now she feels more confident in finding a work role within supporting vulnerable adults.

When asked what she thought of the support she’d received from Paul she said:

“I have to say that Paul is one of most helpful people I have ever met. He is always trying all his best to support me, every time I ask him for any support, he tries his best to do so. Also, I learnt a lot from him, such as, how to be successful in an interview. Furthermore, I asked him a lot of questions and advice and he never says no to me which is a very kind thing.”
