What Is The Empower Course?
Our programme focuses on developing a stronger and more growth oriented mindset which will inspire change and create movement and action to progress you towards your intended goal.
Over 2-3 sessions you will cover:
Mindset and effective communication
Self-esteem and confidence building
Resilience
Self assessment
The course will be more activity based and focused on skills development and wellbeing rather than filling in workbooks.
During the course you will be invited to attend a Mindfulness course which will help to increase wellbeing, decrease stress, and improve your mental health in preparation for progression.
You will receive additional support after completing the course to help you reach your goals.
Best of all the course is fully funded! So it is completely FREE!
