What Is The Empower Course?
Our programme focuses on developing a stronger and more growth oriented mindset that inspires change.
During our fully-funded four day course we will help with:
Improving relationships
Self-esteem and confidence building
Understanding feelings
Being better equipped to support with homework
Developing basic numeracy and literacy skills if needed
The course will be more activity based and focused on skills development and wellbeing rather than filling in workbooks.
Once you have completed the sessions, you will receive further support from your tutor which will be tailored to your individual needs and help you to reach your goals.
Best of all the course is fully funded! So it is completely FREE!
