The Endorphins Group is delivering a fully funded key worker service to assist people aged 18+ who are unemployed or economically inactive. This also applies those who have lost their jobs to redundancies.

We are experienced in supporting job seekers with multiple, significant, and often complex barriers to employment, particularly those with long-term physical or mental health problems, disabilities, or behavioural issues. As we are fully funded the service is free of charge and will include ongoing 1:1 support and delivery of group activities which will include stress management, customer services, collaboration, boosting confidence, managing finances, emotional intelligence, CV fine tuning and interview readiness. With the current COVID-19 restrictions we will be providing our services via phone and online 1:1/group sessions until the government states it’s safe to do so otherwise. This is to protect the health and wellbeing of the people we will be supporting.

Due to the global pandemic we recognise that there will be a lot of people struggling to find work due to low levels of mental health resulting from recently losing their jobs or simply the increased pressures over the last few months. Since June 2018 we have seen 98% of the adults that we have supported progress onto their desired outcome and 100% have identified that they are entering their next step more confident, with improved mental health and much more positivity about their future. This has seen as high level of sustainability as well much improved levels of positivity and productivity.

Due to our success in Sheffield last year, we believe we are in a great position to support those who genuinely want to progress into and sustain employment.

The Endorphins group offers free 1-2-1 keyworker support to help unemployed adults (18+) move into work, education and training. We’re here to guide your journey into the workplace. You must reside in Sheffield to be eligible for our support.
