Big rise in redundancies among young people. Get back into Employment!

The number of people out of work in the UK has continued to rise, with those aged 25 to 34 facing the biggest risk of losing their jobs.
In the three months to November, people in that age group had a redundancy rate of 16.2 per 1,000, a fivefold increase on the same period a year earlier.
Unemployment rose to 5% from 4.9% as Covid continued to hit the jobs market.
Our unemployability courses will help if you’re at risk of losing your job or if you are currently seeking employment. We have a variety of courses and videos which will help support you back into employment.
This approach sees us supporting customers, including those with anxiety, low-moods, depression and despair, to feel confident and find their voices again so you change “I can’t” into “I can” and find employment so support your family and yourself!

- Increased the confidence & stress management skills of 100% of our learners
- Seen 95% of our learners progress into sustainable employment, further education or volunteering roles.
